Welcome to "SEA BREEZE." This delightfully set up 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home will ensure your holiday is relaxing. This is a Pet Friendly holiday house, for outside doggies only so BYO Bed, with a fully fenced and enclosed yard. FREE WIFI INCLUDED.

When you enter the lounge, dining and kitchen area it is all open to allow you all to be together. The lounge has the TV and DVD set up with ceiling fans above, the dining area has a reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan. The kitchen area has all you will need to entertain the family which includes a microwave, stove and oven.

The 3 bedrooms are off the hallway with the main bedroom having a luxurious size king bed, a walk in robe and access to the bathroom. You can lie in bed and look out over the back yard and see an array of native birds. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceilings fans. There is a second shower in the laundry area along with a separate toilet and a front loader washing machine.

The backyard has a large undercover patio area where the outdoor setting and BBQ are. There are green lawns with a variety of native trees that hold an abundance of lovely native birds to also delight you. You can sit out in this area and relax after your day out sightseeing in and around Kalbarri, and it is a short 5 minute stroll to the beautiful Blue Holes sanctuary, swimming and snorkeling beach. You will feel right at home at Sea Breeze.

1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call Kalbarri Accommodation Service and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.

3. Strictly NO pets inside the property. A $50 Pet Fee Applied. BYO DOGGIE BED

4. ALL our properties are fully self contained.

5. NONE of our properties are serviced.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

7. NO smoking inside our properties.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
